About Us

George is the Founder of SkyHawk Global where he develops strategies to deliver key insights, actions and planning capacity for companies, non-governmental organizations and government agencies. He has a diverse background covering 35 years in public service and global engagement. Under the three-prong mantra – holistic approaches, focused solutions, lasting results – George has led an array of enterprises to achievement and success. He is a former American enforcement and intelligence agent and has headed a series of programs and organizations directed at public sector and emergency services efforts, with a focus on the technologies that enhance these vital interests. He is the former Executive Director of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International and the Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies
(iCERT), leading both organizations into significant growth periods.

George has planned, managed and directed public policy and public service efforts; designed and implemented organizational effectiveness, media relations, fundraising, and technology development strategies; researched and authored/co-authored publications and articles; and has developed and conducted workshops, presentations, and lectures including national television and radio appearances.

George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, Pa. and a CPM in Public Management from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
