Project Leadership

Working on an international effort, SkyHawk’s team crafted human rights focused training, monitoring and evaluation guidelines for law enforcement operating in and near national parks worldwide, with a focus on accountability, de-escalation, use of force expectations, conflict analysis, and community engagement.

SkyHawk co-administered a project aimed at creating economic, educational and social equity in a Southern US state – with the backdrop of broadband access at its core – resulting in development of a Digital Equity Plan crafted to advocate for high-speed broadband implementation across the region. 

SkyHawk led a team to conduct a study on behalf of the Haitian government for potential establishment of nationwide three-digit emergency calling, which included recommendations for renewable energy power generation at antenna sites.

Communications and Outreach

On behalf of a philanthropy serving organization, SkyHawk conceptualized and guided the launch of an outreach campaign designed to gather narratives of community-based grant making by introducing a customized story collection webpage with supporting content and processes. 

In support of a company’s burgeoning business approach for community-centered safety and security technologies, SkyHawk developed information sheets, crafted and issued new releases, prepared presentations and managed the firm’s website content overhaul.

SkyHawk developed and produced a philanthropy serving organization’s initial podcast series aimed at informing its constituency and promoting its theory of social change.

Business Support

In support of a technology company’s business expansion needs, the SkyHawk team conducted qualitative research that informed executives’ decision-making process and identified prospective areas for growth. 

The SkyHawk team co-led a project to analyze and assess a major technology company’s emergency preparedness setting on one of its corporate campuses, leading to significant updates to its emergency communications readiness and physical plant coordination regarding potential disasters, staff support needs and regional collaboration with public safety authorities.

On behalf of a start-up cybersecurity enterprise, SkyHawk developed a business proposition presentation for the firm’s executives to brief existing and potential investors about their technology’s capabilities and the company’s business development concepts.
