In her diverse background, she has helped companies from small startups to multi-billion-dollar global organizations develop their own brand and increase share of voice in their own unique way.
Jill has expertise in helping transform companies through customer service content, digital strategies, user engagement campaigns and overall marketing communications. She has spent her career collaborating with subject matter experts, thought leaders, stakeholders and ultimately, the audience, to engage in meaningful content.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Brigham Young University.
